Filtration offer

Free in-home assessment. A complete hot water unit flush and clean is included with a new filtration installation. The existing unit’s suitability, safe access and the agreed installation scope are confirmed before work. Flushing does not sterilise a system or guarantee removal of all contaminants. The time taken for newly filtered water to reach outlets varies by plumbing layout and stored water.

Heat pump finance

Ask Puora Plumbing about 0% interest, $0 upfront and 5 years to pay. Finance is subject to lender approval, eligibility, the selected purchase and provider terms. Fees may apply. Request the named finance provider’s full terms, repayment schedule, fee schedule and any exclusions before applying. Interest-free does not necessarily mean cost-free.

Government incentives

Eligible heat pump upgrades may qualify for government incentives. The NSW hot water upgrade incentive is generally an upfront quote discount through participating providers. Existing equipment, the replacement system and scheme rules affect eligibility. Required customer contributions may apply. Finance approval does not establish rebate eligibility.

System performance

Filtration performance is model-specific. Ask for documented reduction claims, maintenance needs and any certification for the proposed product. Heat pump energy savings vary with the old and new system, climate, tariff and household use.
